Avinash Mishra has won Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 after beating Rithvik Dhanjani and Orry in the grand finale of Rohit Shetty’s stunt reality show.
Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 winner Avinash Mishra has been announced after a challenging grand finale. The television actor lifted the trophy on Sunday after defeating Rithvik Dhanjani and Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry.
The three finalists faced some of the toughest stunts of the season before Avinash emerged as the winner.
What Did Avinash Mishra Win?
Apart from the Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 trophy, Avinash received a cash prize of ₹20 lakh.
His prize package also included a new car and a trip to Europe.
The latest season returned to television after a two-year break. Rohit Shetty hosted the show, while contestants travelled to Cape Town for a series of dangerous challenges involving heights, water and other physical and mental tests.
Avinash successfully completed the challenges and gradually established himself as one of the season’s strongest performers.
Avinash Also Won the Fear Jacket
Avinash’s journey featured several standout performances. During Team Week, he impressed with his performance and continued to build momentum as the season progressed.
His strong performances in difficult stunts also earned him a special Fear Jacket featuring Rohit Shetty’s signature.
A major turning point came during an underwater stunt. Avinash competed against experienced contestant Karan Wahi and secured his place in the Top 5.
He eventually became the first finalist of the season and continued his winning run through the finale.
What Did Avinash Say After Winning?
After his victory, Avinash said the show helped him understand his own abilities rather than simply prove himself to others.
He explained that he initially joined the show thinking he needed to prove something, but eventually realised that the person he needed to convince was himself.
Avinash also reflected on his television career and said audiences had seen him largely as a good-looking television actor. According to him, Khatron Ke Khiladi gave him an opportunity to show another side of his personality.
‘It Was Mostly a Game of the Mind’
Avinash said the journey tested his mental strength as much as his physical abilities.
He explained that contestants can prepare physically, but fear becomes real when they stand at the edge of a dangerous stunt. At that moment, he said, the decision comes down to facing the fear and taking action.
The actor added that he entered Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 to test himself. He now feels more confident in his abilities than before.
For Avinash, that confidence represents the biggest achievement of his Khatron Ke Khiladi journey.
Who Were the Other Finalists?
Karan Wahi and Farahana Bhatt were also among the finalists of Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. However, Avinash ultimately finished ahead of the competition to claim the title.
