Israeli forces continued their assaults across Gaza, killing over 60 people, including 19 aid seekers, according to local medical sources. Gaza’s Health Ministry reported four additional deaths, including two children, due to famine and malnutrition. The Israeli military conducted an aerial assault in Yemen’s Sana’a area, targeting a Houthi “military target.”
In the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces launched new raids in al-Yamun near Jenin and Jalazone camp near Ramallah, according to Wafa news agency. In al-Yamun, homes were raided and residents’ belongings tampered with, while in Jalazone, tear gas was fired near homes. Guterres called Israel’s extensive military campaigns in the West Bank “profoundly alarming,” noting they are “driving displacement and deepening vulnerability.”
In Gaza City, Al Jazeera-verified footage showed Israeli strikes near a busy street, causing widespread panic as people, including children, fled powerful blasts. Al Jazeera’s Tareq Abu Azzoum reported that some strikes targeted residential neighborhoods, seemingly to clear them of residents.
In the West Bank town of Ein Samia, Israeli settlers attacked water wells and vandalized a local water authority site, damaging a vehicle and surveillance cameras, Wafa reported. The attack on one well disrupted residents’ water supply for hours until repairs were made.
